Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products, Subscriptions, Online Content, and Professional Programs
All digital products, including subscriptions, eBooks, online content, video access, downloads, email journeys, digital programs, Certified Coach Programs, certification-related products, professional access, directory access, coach-only materials, and related online or professional program benefits, are final and non-refundable.
Upon purchase, subscription, enrollment, or activation, you may be granted immediate access to digital content, online materials, subscription benefits, program materials, professional resources, or other digital access. This access constitutes delivery of the purchased product, subscription, or program.
The M-System All Access Plan includes access to eligible M-System video content and other content specifically identified as included with the plan. It does not automatically include separately sold one-time purchase products, workbooks, worksheets, eBooks, downloads, email journeys, guided email programs, live coaching, private lessons, events, merchandise, partner products, Certified Coach Programs, coach-only training, certification materials, instructor resources, directory listings, coach tools, revenue opportunities, promotional benefits, or other add-ons unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Certain separately sold programs may include video content that is also available to M-System All Access members. In those cases, M-System All Access membership includes access to the eligible video content only. Related workbooks, downloads, email journeys, bonuses, coaching, private lessons, events, merchandise, certification materials, coach-only resources, or other separately sold components are not included unless expressly stated.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partially used subscription periods
- unused time
- failure to cancel before a renewal date
- dissatisfaction after access has been granted
- misunderstanding of what is included with a subscription, program, purchase, or membership where the product page, checkout page, or applicable terms identify the scope of access
- loss of access due to violation of our Terms of Service
- failure to complete a program, course, certification, or email journey
- failure to meet Certified Coach Program requirements, standards, or renewal criteria
- changes to program availability, content, features, benefits, or access as described in our Terms of Service
Certified Coach Programs, certification-related products, professional access, directory access, coach-only materials, and related professional benefits are digital or professional program products and are final and non-refundable once access, enrollment, review, onboarding, certification processing, or program participation has begun, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
By completing your purchase, subscription, enrollment, or activation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Physical Products Fulfilled by Partner Vendors
Physical products sold through Malaska Golf may be fulfilled by partner vendors and shipped directly to customers.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested outside of this 10-day window will not be accepted.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after approval.
Shipping and Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to eligible returns
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You must inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If verified, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you, which may include a replacement or refund.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- custom or personalized products
- items restricted by our fulfillment partners
- digital products, subscriptions, online content, email journeys, downloads, certification-related products, Certified Coach Programs, professional access, directory access, coach-only materials, and other digital or professional program benefits once access, enrollment, activation, review, onboarding, certification processing, or participation has begun
Vendor Fulfillment Notice
Because some products are fulfilled by partner vendors:
- shipping times may vary
- return handling times may vary
- return addresses and processing procedures may differ by product
We will provide full return instructions after your request is approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- processing may take up to 10 business days after approval
- your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the return criteria.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, as required by law.
Items must still be in original, unused condition unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For digital products, subscriptions, online content, downloads, email journeys, digital programs, Certified Coach Programs, certification-related products, professional access, and other digital or professional program benefits, access may begin immediately upon purchase, subscription, enrollment, or activation. Where permitted by applicable law, by completing your purchase and receiving immediate access, you acknowledge that digital delivery has begun and that your cancellation or refund rights may be limited or waived once access is provided.
Abuse and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated refund requests, policy violations, or unauthorized use of the Service.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account, subscriptions, purchased content, programs, Certified Coach access, professional benefits, and related services.
