Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being part of the Malaska Golf community.

Subscription Terms

All paid subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your selected plan) until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Malaska Golf to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate for your selected plan.

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your subscription during this time. After the billing period ends, your subscription will terminate and you will no longer be charged.

Example:
If your subscription renews on April 3 and you cancel on April 4, your subscription will remain active through May 3, and you will not be charged again after that date.

Refund Policy

All purchases, including initial subscription fees and recurring charges, are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to digital content. This access constitutes delivery of the purchased product.

Free Trials and Discounts

If a free trial or discounted subscription is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial or discount period unless canceled prior to that time.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable rate at the end of the trial or promotional period.

Content Availability

As part of your subscription, you are granted access to stream available programs during your subscription period. Malaska Golf may add, remove, or update content at any time without notice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation through your account settings.

Cancellation requests submitted through email or support may not be processed in time to prevent a renewal charge.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services.
