Cancellation Policy

Thank you for being part of the Malaska Golf community.

Subscription Terms

All paid subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew on a monthly, annual, or other stated billing basis, depending on your selected plan, until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Malaska Golf to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate for your selected plan.

Subscriptions may include access to video libraries, programs, channels, membership features, professional programs, Certified Coach Programs, or other subscription-based benefits as they exist from time to time.

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to help ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

Failure to cancel before your renewal date may result in a renewal charge. Renewal charges are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the applicable platform where the subscription was purchased.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits during this time, subject to the Terms of Service and any applicable program rules. After the billing period ends, your subscription will terminate and you will no longer be charged for future billing periods.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund, credit, or prorated refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

Example:
If your subscription renews on April 3 and you cancel on April 4, your subscription will remain active through May 3, and you will not be charged again after that date.

M-System All Access Plan Cancellation

If you cancel the M-System All Access Plan, your access to eligible M-System subscription video content and other included membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your access to M-System All Access subscription content will terminate.

The M-System All Access Plan includes access to eligible M-System video content and other content specifically identified as included with the plan. It does not automatically include separately sold one-time purchase products, workbooks, worksheets, eBooks, downloads, email journeys, guided email programs, live coaching, private lessons, events, merchandise, partner products, Certified Coach Programs, coach-only training, certification materials, instructor resources, directory listings, coach tools, revenue opportunities, promotional benefits, or other add-ons unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Cancellation of the M-System All Access Plan does not cancel, refund, convert, unlock, or transfer access to separately sold one-time purchase products, workbooks, downloads, email journeys, Certified Coach Programs, events, merchandise, partner products, or other add-ons.

Certified Coach Program Cancellation

Certified Coach Programs, certification-related subscriptions, professional memberships, coach-only access, directory participation, instructor resources, coach tools, professional benefits, and related programs may have separate requirements, renewal terms, participation standards, or cancellation rules.

If you cancel a Certified Coach Program subscription or professional membership, your access to applicable coach-only content, certification materials, instructor resources, directory listings, badges, credentials, coach tools, student-management features, promotional benefits, discount codes, revenue opportunities, calls, communities, and other professional program benefits may end at the conclusion of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or program policy.

Cancellation of a Certified Coach Program may also affect your certification status, directory visibility, eligibility for program benefits, student offers, professional tools, renewal status, or participation privileges.

Certified Coach Program fees, certification-related fees, professional access fees, onboarding fees, review fees, and renewal fees are final and non-refundable once access, enrollment, review, onboarding, certification processing, or program participation has begun, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Refund Policy

All purchases, including initial subscription fees, recurring charges, renewals, digital products, Certified Coach Programs, certification-related products, professional access, and related digital or professional program benefits, are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• partially used subscription periods
• unused time
• failure to cancel before a renewal date
• dissatisfaction after access has been granted
• misunderstanding of what is included with a subscription, program, purchase, or membership where the product page, checkout page, or applicable terms identify the scope of access
• failure to complete a program, course, certification, or email journey
• failure to meet Certified Coach Program requirements, standards, or renewal criteria
• changes to program availability, content, features, benefits, or access as described in our Terms of Service

Upon purchase, subscription, enrollment, or activation, you may be granted immediate access to digital content, online materials, subscription benefits, program materials, professional resources, or other digital access. This access constitutes delivery of the purchased product, subscription, or program.

Free Trials and Discounts

If a free trial or discounted subscription is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial or discount period unless canceled prior to that time.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable rate at the end of the trial or promotional period.

Discounts, promotional pricing, trial offers, coupon codes, student offers, coach offers, and other promotional benefits may be modified, discontinued, or limited at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Content Availability

As part of your subscription, you are granted access to stream available programs and use applicable subscription benefits during your subscription period.

Malaska Golf may add, remove, modify, replace, suspend, or update content, programs, channels, features, instructional materials, professional benefits, directory features, tools, or other portions of the Service at any time without notice, subject to the Terms of Service and any applicable program-specific terms.

Subscription access does not guarantee that any specific content, feature, program, instructor, professional benefit, directory listing, credential, badge, tool, or platform function will remain available for the duration of your subscription.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation through your account settings or through the applicable platform where the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation requests submitted through email or support may not be processed in time to prevent a renewal charge.

If you purchased through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, or another third-party platform, you may need to cancel directly through that platform. Malaska Golf may not be able to cancel or modify subscriptions billed by third-party platforms.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, subscriptions, purchased content, programs, Certified Coach access, professional benefits, and related services.

We reserve the right to deny future purchases, subscriptions, enrollments, or access in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated disputes, policy violations, or unauthorized use of the Service.
