By using the Service, creating an account, purchasing content, subscribing, enrolling in a program, applying for a Certified Coach Program, submitting information, or otherwise interacting with Malaska Golf, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information We Collect

Account Registration Information

Users must provide an email address and password to create an account. Optional information may include a username, profile details, avatar uploads, preferences, comments, forum activity, or other account-related information.

Payment Information

Valid payment card details may be required for trials, purchases, subscriptions, enrollments, renewals, or program fees. Payment information is collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Subscription, Purchase, and Access Information

M-System All Access Plan Information

If you subscribe to the M-System All Access Plan, we may collect and process information related to your subscription status, video access, content engagement, plan eligibility, renewal status, cancellation status, and related support inquiries.

The M-System All Access Plan may include access to eligible M-System video content and other content specifically identified as included with the plan. We may use subscription and access information to determine which content, features, and benefits are available to your account.

Certified Coach Program and Professional Access Information

If you apply for, enroll in, participate in, or interact with a Certified Coach Program or other professional program, we may collect additional information, including:

  • phone number
  • business name
  • coaching or instructor profile information
  • professional background
  • certification status
  • application responses
  • training progress
  • test or assessment results
  • renewal status
  • program participation history

Certified Coach Program information may be used to administer certification, manage directory listings, evaluate eligibility, provide professional access, track program requirements, communicate with participants, manage student offers or referral-related benefits, enforce program standards, and operate related professional tools or services.

Directory and Public Profile Information

Certain information you submit for directories, profiles, comments, forums, reviews, testimonials, or other public-facing features may be publicly visible.

This may include:

  • name
  • business name
  • profile photo
  • biography
  • location or service area
  • contact form availability
  • website or social media links
  • certification level or status
  • directory listing information
  • reviews, ratings, or testimonials
  • comments, forum posts, or other public submissions

You should not submit information to public-facing areas of the Service that you do not want others to view.

Comments, Forums, Reviews, and Public Content

Any content you post, including comments, forum posts, reviews, ratings, testimonials, directory information, profile information, or other submissions, may be publicly visible and accessible.

User-Submitted Videos, Images, and Lesson Materials

You may voluntarily submit videos, images, swing videos, lesson materials, messages, comments, or other content through the Service, including through coaching, support, Certified Coach Program, or professional features.

Depending on the feature, this information may be used to:

  • program enrollment or access status
  • content or program engagement related to that producer or program
  • student signup or subscription activity associated with a coach code, where applicable
  • submitted questions, comments, messages, videos, or lesson materials related to a program or feature
  • support or participation information necessary to administer the program

Producers, coaches, instructors, and professional participants may be independent parties. We are not responsible for their independent data handling practices outside of the Service.

Certified Coach Directories and Public Listings

If you participate in a Certified Coach Program, directory, profile, or public-facing professional feature, certain information you provide may be displayed publicly, including your name, business name, profile image, biography, certification level or status, location or service area, website, social media links, contact options, reviews, ratings, testimonials, or other listing information.

You are responsible for ensuring that public profile and directory information you submit is accurate and appropriate for public display.

Affiliated Entities

We may share personal information with affiliated entities, including Malaska Creative Partners, LLC, for operational, administrative, business, support, marketing, and Service-related purposes.

Business Transfers

We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

These cannot be opted out of where they are necessary to provide the Service or administer your account, subscription, purchase, or program.
