OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Own The Greens Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, July 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Malaska Golf are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 – Active Membership Entry

Current Annual Members of Malaska Golf are automatically eligible and will receive one (1) automatic entry.

New golfers who purchase an Annual Membership during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry.

Monthly memberships do not qualify for automatic entry.

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may email support@malaskagolf.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line Own The Greens Giveaway Entry and include the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• State and country of residence
• Date of birth, to confirm eligibility

AMOE entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, July 6, 2026. Each valid AMOE entry will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

4. ENTRY LIMIT

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Active Annual Members will receive one (1) automatic entry.

Participants entering through the Alternate Method of Entry will receive one (1) entry.

Multiple entries by the same individual, whether through membership, AMOE, duplicate email addresses, or any other method, may be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  Approximate Retail Value: $199.99
• Adidas Adipower 26 Spikeless Golf Shoes
  Approximate Retail Value: $130.00

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $779.98.

Malaska Golf reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The potential winner may be required to provide tax information and complete any required documentation before the prize is awarded.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about July 10, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their entry.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, fails to complete any required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, Malaska Golf reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Malaska Golf to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Malaska Golf reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Malaska Golf is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, delayed, or undeliverable entries, including email entries that are not received for any reason.

Malaska Golf reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false or misleading information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Malaska Golf, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and award the prize.

By entering, participants consent to Malaska Golf’s collection and use of their submitted information for these purposes.
