Julie Yang began playing golf at age six and quickly rose through the ranks as one of the top junior and amateur players in the world. She won the U.S. Kids World Championship, became the youngest winner of an AJGA event, and went on to compete internationally, including multiple national titles in Europe.
Julie played four seasons at Oklahoma State University, earning NCAA All-American honors and Big 12 Player of the Year (2014). At nineteen, she qualified for the LPGA Tour and went on to compete in professional events worldwide, including all five major championships, with a top finish of 6th at the LPGA Coates Golf Championship.
As a coach, Julie brings elite playing experience and a deep understanding of the game at every level. Working alongside Mike Malaska and competing with the best players in the world has shaped her ability to guide golfers through both the physical and mental side of performance. She offers personalized instruction, mentorship, and guidance both virtually and in the Phoenix area.
