Take a ball. Get set up and turn and throw a ball into the ball that is on the tee. You should also, just like throwing, step with your lead foot. Once you feel how the transition works, your lower body starts going forward as soon as your arm starts going back. Set up to the ball with a club. Now all you are doing is throwing the clubhead into the ball on the ground. So as you start back, step forward and throw or direct the momentum of the clubhead at the ball.
