Setting up a practice station is very important relative to becoming consistent. To begin, get four sticks. The first one you set down, aim at your target. The second stick goes on the ground parallel to the first stick and about one foot to the left of the first stick on a right-handed player. The third stick is standing up in the ground about 6 feet in front of the first stick that you placed on the ground for your target line. The last stick goes down at a 90-degree angle to the second stick. It establishes your ball position.
