If you make a swing with your driver and have a 100 mph clubhead speed, your ball speed will be 150 mph. That makes your smash factor will be 1.50.
Before going to more speed, you must try to increase the efficiency rate. Tour players are very efficient and know how to maximize their smash factor.
It doesn’t matter what speed you start with; you can swing slow and still get a good smash factor based on the speed of the ball.
