You can do bicep curls and other exercises to work the upper body. Put a band around your legs and do leg stretches to warm up your hips.
There are multiple exercises you can do with leg bands.
Then move on to stretching by touching your toes, bending, or twisting.
This helps prepare you to be loose and ready to go when you hit that first driver.
