M4: When it comes to combining motions there is an order in which it needs to be done. First, is set up and balance. Then, the main task is impact. Learn what that is. Then, gradually develop your swing based on the task of impact. Start with small swings and gradually build the motion until you are completing a full swing.

M4 consists of 13 individual videos which teach you how to combine the lever system and the body to maximize the forces and efficiency of your swing.

The M-System is a 5-tier instructional plan designed to simplify the game and build your skills for every type of swing. We’ll go step-by-step through every aspect of the sport from basic setup to advanced theory and swing drills.
