To loosen up and strengthen your fingers hands arms and shoulders. Start with the golfers grip. This strengthens the fingers and hands that you use for golf. Then do flex and extension of the wrists. This loosens up the wrists for the swing. Now take your elbow up and over your head with your arm bent to stretch your triceps. The next is to connect your fingers in front of you with your palms facing the ground. Now raise your arms up and over your head. This loosens your shoulder sockets. The last is the swimmers stretch. All swimmers do this just before a race. They loosen their shoulders and swing their arms around their bodies. It loosens up the shoulders to prepare for the race. Same in golf.
