This Mulligan Monday focuses on foot action. Begin by making a swing flat-footed. Then make another swing and let your right foot roll in. Repeat this motion, but finish the swing after allowing your right foot to roll in. Then your blend all these movements together. The object of this exercise is to start to hit the ball with your feet firmly on the ground and add more and more foot action.
