Every day when you go to the range you should have a stretching routine that you do before you hit balls. You should already be loose before you start hitting balls. You should be ready to make a full swing on the first ball. Have some stretch cords in your bag. Get the blood flowing. Then do some bending and rotation exercises. Do not use hitting balls as your loosing up program. That will make it very difficult for your swing to feel the same or close to the same every day.
