As you are hitting balls, take some time to swing in the opposite direction. As you swing, you are constantly contracting one side of your body and elongating the other. You need to offset that by swinging and or hitting balls in the opposite direction. It also heightens your awareness of how your body is moving. It makes your normal swing much easier to do. And you have more feel for what you are doing.
