How the handle of the club works directly affects the clubhead. In this drill, the task is to hit the ball. Pull the handle back until it is even with where the ball was. The clubhead should stay closer to the target than the handle. This helps establish your lead sides roll in the swing and creates a snap or whipping effect on the clubhead.
