Start by taking your grip. Lift the club up until it is directly above your hands. The club will feel very light. Let the club drop until the clubhead is even with your hands. You will feel your arms tighten. Now lift the club to about a 45-degree angle and make some small circles with the clubhead. Once you can make these circles and always feel the clubhead, then try to keep that same pressure throughout your swing.
