Take your club, hold it with your right hand, and just make small shots. Feel that motion, and then add both hands and the pivot. This is about moving your left hip out of the way. Your right forearm is still on the back of the shaft, with the pivot of your body, and you are running the club into the ball.
The next step is Impact. Set up to the ball, and move your body and legs to impact position. Again, make little swings and shots. Mike stresses that you must get to the point where you practice certain parts of The M-System daily.
