Terms of Service
Understanding how to practice is a basic skill. If you understand the steps and the reason for each one, and if you are consistent with them, your game will continue to improve. If you practice incorrectly or do not develop the basic skills that proper practice builds then your swing and your progress become limited.
Mike talks about maintaining the M-System after going through the videos. The most important part of the M-System is the first, and Mike practices this daily. Mike starts with Line of Compression, how your right arm pushes the shaft, and how your wrist works.

Joe Nichols gave suggestions on what would get the club to work properly. To avoid the club getting behind you on the backswing or moving too far forward on the downswing, he suggests following the figure eight pattern. Keep the ball in the center and you will effortlessly steer the club.
